At Grand Bazaar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes an item might need to be returned or exchanged. Please review our simple policy to guide you through the process.
Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges:

Item Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, and unwashed. Fashion items can be tried for fit but must remain unworn. Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Window: For any defects or other return reasons, please initiate your request within 7 working days of receiving the item.

Documentation: Include a copy of your invoice and specify the reason for return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping items back via a traceable method (courier or registered post) at their own expense.

Non-Refundable Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable. Once received, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process the refund.

Package Labeling: Clearly mark the package as "Return Item" to help streamline processing.

Non-Refundable Items: Track Suits, Night Suits which prints are order to make will not be returned or refund. Please order carefully.
